Same problem (edit as in)…

Installed some application and now all the commands are asking for newer glibc version…

Fully update your system, all branches are at glibc 2.35:

https://packages.manjaro.org/?query=glibc

Some AUR packages probably need a rebuild.

Chroot into the system and update Manjaro.
