Everytime I try to clear pacman’s cache I get the following error message even if I delete the database lock with the rm -rf /var/lib/pacman/db.lck command
sudo pacman -Scc
error: failed to init transaction (unable to lock database)
error: could not lock database: File exists
if you’re sure a package manager is not already
running, you can remove /var/lib/pacman/db.lck
AFAIK that requires root permissions:
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/pacman/db.lck

Problem solved on it’s own without doing anything different. Last 2 days I did the same thing

Provide the output you get when you run:
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/pacman/db.lck
And if it didn’t work, there’s got to be some output with the reason as to why…

Alternatively, paste the text you wish to format as terminal output, select all pasted text, and click the </> button on the taskbar. This will indent the whole pasted section with one TAB, causing it to render the same way as described above.
Thereby improving legibility and making it much easier for those trying to be of assistance.
Additionally
If your language isn’t English, please prepend any and all terminal commands with LC_ALL=C. For example:
LC_ALL=C bluetoothctl
This will just cause the terminal output to be in English, making it easier to understand and debug.
