Chrome window gets chopped off after resizing/changing window size

So there is like a wierd issue with chrome where the tabs or other elements of the window disappear,
and goes back after it gets updated

Chrome Flags

Remove that and restart Chrome.

Removing --use-gl somehow fixed it, when previously testing I didn’t remove ones that
didn’t look troublesome

Removing --use-gl=desktop makes videos turn black if the window is not focused
