I tried to change my window resizing shortcut Alt + left click to super + left click in manjaro xfce.
but I cannot find the setting for window resizing. I have also tried changing window manager resizing shortcut ,alt + F4 to super + left click, but it’s not possible to use the mouse for changing the shortcut.

If you mean changing the way you want to grab and move windows in Xfce (by default it’s Alt+Left mouse click), open Settings → Window Manager Tweaks → Accessibility (tab) and under “Key used to grab and move windows” select “Super”.
If it’s something else you’re trying to do, please be more specific.
