Apologies if this isn’t the correct category.
I was just wondering if anyone has managed to, and if yes how, to change the icon of a running .AppImage.
To be clear, I’m not talking about the shortcut icon that can be set with the .desktop file. That I have manages.
I’ve also figured out how to apply a custom icon (via the .desktop file) to a running native app, but can’t for the life of me figure it out for a .AppImage file. I’m starting to auapect the icon image files are imbedded and can’t be changed since it’ll change the file’s signature.
Well, thinking about it, maybe not native, native, but definitely one installed with pamac, not an AppImage.
I hope this makes sense.
