CH340 devices are not being recognized

Can't connect serial port - Error: ch341-uart disconnected from ttyUSB0

Guys, I can’t use serial usb port , ttyUSB0. I get "ch341-uart converter now disconnected from ttyUSB0" I do plug the serial usb and instantly i get the error disconnected reported above and in dmesg | grep USB output I already used the Usb serial console cable on this machine with previously debian system, I’m using manjaro now.
