Can't update due to qt/glibc issue

I currently use Manjaro Stable, and I encountered this problem, when I try to sudo pacman -Syu it asks me a bunch of questions about replacing qt packages with newer ones and i agree to all of those, then it starts updating like normal, but then it starts giving a bunch of error messages and “Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.” The messages seem to be about glibc and locales, there are enough that i cant scrollback all the way but here is an excerpt:

I used to use unstable but switched due to this, but that only delayed the problem by a week or two, now the problem is in stable and i do not know what to do, I hope someone can help me.

sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu glibc-locales --overwrite /usr/lib/locale/\*/\*

If you had paid attention to the Announcements threads, then you would have known this.
