Can't run manjaro from portable disk on a differrent pc - Error symbol grub_debug_malloc not found & Can't enter GUI

After I updated my system in my PC with Nvidia card, then it failed to boot. After struggling for one month , I decide to buy a new laptop with no Nvidia card. The system is installed in my mobile disk so I just need to plugin to my new laptop.I use live system to boot and then plugin my mobile disk and then use manjaro-chroot to remove all the modules of Nvidia, including using mhwd and pacman, checked both in CLI and GUI. Also update the system to latest using pacman -Syyu. But I find it stuck in grub. So I follow the official document of Manjaro to run the two commands:
grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=manjaro --recheck
grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
but it shows grub_calloc not found.
I have no ideas and I realized my new laptop is intel cpu but I installed amd-ucode package before so I uninstalled the package then when I boot it shows grub_debug_malloc.
I already checked another similar topic in this forum(sorry I am not allowed to insert link), but I don’t have the similar situation to boot it because my bios is different and I don’t find the way to change the boot settings in bios and make it boot.
The type of my new laptop is HP Probook 450 G9.

boot into live usb of manjaro, connect to internet, and chroot:
sudo manjaro-chroot -a
post output from:
mhwd-kernel -li && mhwd -l && mhwd -li
inxi -xG
test -d /sys/firmware/efi && echo UEFI || echo BIOS
find /etc/X11/ -name "*.conf"

EDIT:
so you have manjaro installation on a portable disk, that was installed for the previous laptop that you returned, and now you have a new laptop and you want to run the manjaro installation from the old laptop on the new one?

Yes.

Sorry I am not allowed to upload image and copy the output into here(it told me there is link). So I just put the critical information here, replaced all special char to space:

ok, looks good, so type:
exit
then reboot and see if it helped

I also comment the last line in /etc/fstab and rerun the commands you provide me to solve another
 time-out problem and then I can go into grub and choose linux 5.10 and remove 'quiet' in grub command but the boot is stuck after
...
[ OK ] Reached target Sound Card
[ OK ] Finished Laptop Mode Tools

And I tried to boot again, it showed me grub_debug_malloc again.

do you have the exact same laptop as before, and the only difference is the graphics card?

They are two different laptops. The new one’s cpu is Intel i5-1240p, gpu is Intel Iris XE. The old one’s cpu is i5-10400, two gpus are Intel UHD Graphics 630 and Nvidia Geforce MX350.

i dont think you can use the old manjaro installation, that was installed on a pc with a different hardware - motherborad, etc… on the new pc with different hardware, but im not 100% sure …

Actually, the current old one is moved from an even older laptop with a different brand, intel cpu, amd gpu by the same way. So I think it is possible to move in the same way.
Is there any way I can try?

i dont know about that… so look on forum here for posts related to it, or edit this post of yours from Error symbol grub_debug_malloc not found to something like: cant run manjaro from portable disk on a differrent pc - grub_debug_malloc not found, something like that

I think I solved the grub_debug_malloc problem. I downgrade grub to 2:2.04-1 then every time I can go into grub. But now I still can’t enter GUI mode, but can use Ctrl+Alt+F3 to enter CLI mode for both linux 510 and 515. Below are the details:

For linux 5.10 the boot is stuck after(but every time it will change )
