I didn’t know that my desktop was running with Wayland. When I figured it out I tried to activate Xorg from login page, that didn’t work. Login returns to login page. Then I switched off Wayland Session from Layout Manager. This time it set Xorg as default, but didn’t boot into desktop. How can I switch back to Xorg now?
The startx command starts the X server. You can check the log file in
/var/log/Xorg.0.log , pay attention to the lines beginning with (EE), which represent errors, and also with (WW), for warnings, which could indicate other problems.
Unfortuantely here is not log file for Xorg
