Can't lock widgets position on the desktop

First, I am multi monitor user, have 3 monitors and installed NVIDIA official driver version 460.32.30. the monitor and display card driver info below.

Graphics: Device-1: NVIDIA GP102 [GeForce GTX 1080 Ti] driver: nvidia v: 460.32.03
Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.10 driver: loaded: nvidia resolution:
1: 1920x1080~60Hz
2: 1600x3840~60Hz
3: 2560x1440~60Hz

KDE Plasma 5.20.5

I added several different widgets on 3 screens, the monitor 1’s are working fine, the monitor 2&3 are not OK, after reboot the widgets can not hold my set position, I set it in center of screen, after reboot or power recycle , then widgets move to near edge of screen, every-time they move to the same position, when I login can see the wallpaper times the widgets position is right on my set position, after the short time desktop environment full loaded, the widgets position moved to near edge of screen.

I think some config files are wrong cause that, but I don’t know which one.

This bug is unfortunately still present. My current configuration is
