The bootloader could not be installed. The installation command

I suspect your system has been booted in BIOS mode - thus the efivars has not been loader - and the result is bootloader installation failing.
Up and running now, I actually fount out by fumbling around through Google links.
The issue is when CSM is enabled it removes support for Above 4G encoding and the use of SAM or resizable bar.
