When trying to install any theme KDE the message appears:
SETTINGS invalid number of simultaneous threads
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.5
KDE Framework Version: 5.94.0
Qt Version: 5.15.4
Kernel version: 5.15.48-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
How do you do so?
Through the package manager? The theme settings? The KDE web store?
It also happened on my Manjaro. I tried to install it via global theme - system setting. Everything on appearance (system setting) could not be installed. it says “Download of “We10XOS-light-alt Global Theme” failed, error: SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams”

This is probably some regression that will be fixed eventually. I also have this issue lately.
In the meantime, I suggest you go to:
Find what you are looking for and install from there. If you want an easy install, without thinking what goes where, I suggest installing from AUR ocs-url package. Then you will be able to click on “Install” button and the rest will go automatically.
