Can't connect to network

I’m trying to run live & probably install
The list of potential networks, changes, after I click on a network, the cursor doesn’t follow my choice but stays in the same position on the list
I can’t type the password in fast enough

I kept chasing the password drop down until I could fill in the password & click, before the network manager could rescan
I live in a high rise, so there are many wifi signals
The router/modem is maybe 15 feet away from me & in terms of strength, nearly a page down the list
A slight bug, should I report? I would imagine the bug staff is stretched thin…

Welcome at the Manjaro forum, @Garthhh

Please, check if the command

iwctl

is available from a terminal window when you booted the Manjaro live ISO. Then you could establish the wifi network connection as described here, manually:
