Can't connect external monitor (NVIDIA/INTEL)

I installed latest nvidia-prime from mhwd. But my external monitor doesn’t connect. May I miss something?

If it’s still relevant, the NVIDIA Xorg driver does not seem to be loaded, did you create any custom Xorg configuration?
