Manjaro (manjaro-xfce-21.2.0-211220-linux515.iso) boot on virtual-box stuck at “User LogIn management”. any idea to fix that?

You could likely solve this issue, and many more to come, by not using such an old Manjaro installer ISO.
Try manjaro-xfce-23.1.3-240113-linux66.iso instead from Manjaro Downloads.
