I would not use yay for packages from repository … but i still see people doing it …

sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu firefox-developer-edition

the shorter version
sudo pacman-mirrors -f && pamac install firefox-developer-edition

or if you fix your mirrors differently, then:
pamac install firefox-developer-edition

Help tip: you can prefix your commands with LANG=C in order to set the output to English, like so:
LANG=C yay -S firefox-developer-edition

Even I install it directly from pamac GUI, it throws out the same error.

Talk is cheap, try it yourself!

May I ask why you try to install with yay instead of pamac or pacman?

I don’t know Chinese so no idea what error you get exactly, but the version is off so maybe that’s why.

Tested and runs as expected.

Comment that line out like this:

It’s not accelerating your downloads if it’s not working at all. :wink:
