I was recently installing XRDP with the xorg package and I must have screwed something up because upon booting and the “setting up display manager” stage it just does not boot to KDE; however I can connect to the computer and boot into the KDE instance with XRDP just fine, just not on the actual computer. Any way I can fix this / make KDE the default display again? Thanks.
8 days and no answer, bummer. I took a brief look at XRDP and just saw too much MS stuff. So let me give you my tried and trued and often dreaded solution “wipe and load” Yea I know. Make a backup of your data and within an hour or so you will have brand new clean system.
