Cannot bind Application Manager to just to the Meta Key

I have trying to bind the meta to application manager but,when I press it to assign it does not allow me to bind it to just the meta key and showing me that i have bind it with some other key.This only started happening when I was back tracking on my customization spree.

is there no way that you can bind it to just the meta key?

Once you do what Omano suggested, the Meta key will be the one to activate the Application Launcher.
