Just install the appropriate package and take a look at Java - ArchWiki

Open TLauncher then open Settings.

Next set the Java Path to your javaw.exe. Something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk-16.0.1\bin\javaw.exe

Then set the JVM Arguments to -XX:+IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions.
