Can I boot to installer directly?

I install manjaro 21.1 to a ASUS x201e notebook.
The notebook come with Celeron 847 (two cpu core) and 2GB memory.
I replace the HDD with 128GB SSD.
When I custom disk configure in installer (no swap => swap) whole screen freezing.
I think the hardware resources is too limit, directly boot to installer may be help.
But how to do that?

then:

• make a cold system backup of the HDD onto the SSD using disk-to-disk
• update your UEFI settings (if needed)
