There is no detected camera - that means the camera is offline - if the kernel cannot see it then it is not there - I know - physically it is but kernel wise it is not.
Works in Windows is no guarantee it works with Linux - that said - perhaps the camera can only be turned on by a Windows software - so check and ensure it is turned on - then reboot into Linux and recheck the outputs.
As your system firmware dates back to March 2018 - one would think it had been added.
There is really nothing I can say to cheer you up - it must be really rare or perhaps faulty.
Try the hardware switch either FnF6 or just F6
