So when i use Librewolf browser and watch videos from streaming services and i need to switch my bt earbuds cause low battery it pauses the stream video which is highly annoying.
I wonder if it’s because of Librewolf or just system?
This is generally normal and a very good idea because people usually do not want silent videos. Depends on what you switch from and to. Ideally it should automatically resume after connecting new output, at least that is how Bluetooth stuff works. But i can imagine on some specific hardware out there the autoresume does not work.
For me it does not auto resume. It’s really annoying.
I switch from bt earbuds to tv and then to another pair of bt earbuds.
Just tested and indeed: from pc speaker to Bluetooth seamless, from bluetooth to pc pauses. Never bothered me enough to research if it can be cured.
There was a setting in Librewolf settings down at the bottom where it reads control media etc. Turned that off and now it does not stop the video when switching headphones.
