sometimes spots appear on the background, but not always. It looks like something has been burned in. As I said, not always.
Unfortunately, a picture is not possible because it cannot be seen in the pictures.

If it cannot be seen in screen captures, it points to a hardware problem. So check your cables, connectors and screen. I’m certain it’s something in that line.

I would like to rule out a hardware error, since the problem only occurs under Linux.
