Hello everyone. It seems that the brightness and battery icon on my taskbar disappears and appears again, despite having set it to be always visible. Any clues? Thanks.
I noticed a similar issue on my desktop computers. Have you tried using the Power Manger Plugin Item in the Panel Preferences instead of the icon in the Status Tray plugin?
Thanks for your answer. I have tried your advice, but when the default icon reappears, there are two of them on my taskbar, which is rather annoying. I just wanted to know if there is a fix to keep the default icon permanently on the taskbar.
I just marked the power item in the Status Tray plugin to hidden… I know it’s not really a fix, but at least you don’t have to see both of them.
