Has someone already have the same problem with any application?

Not in this way but the first thing indeed would be to test a x11 session, and secondly to try to switch off desktop composition. Solves 99% of the visual problems in guest (i have had transparent windows for example).

How do you switch off desktop composition?
How do you launch a x11 session? use startx in [Alt]+[Ctrl]+[F3] console?

The type of session is in a menu on the login screen. And the composition - i do not use kde but i guess it will be somewhere in the window manager settings like on xfce.
