Bootloader installation error (manjaro 21.2rc1 KDE)

Hi everyone,
I tried to install manjaro kde 21.2rc1 on new computer (motherboard: gigabyte Z690 UD AX DDR4, CPU: i9-12900k) by calamares. I choose to erase disk. (no other system in my disk and it is GPT partition)
But in the end of the installation, I got the error below:

Could not prepare Boot variable: No such file or directory
grub-install: error: efibootmgr failed to register the boot entry: Input/output error.
WARNING: [PYTHON JOB]: "Command 'grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=Manjaro --force' returned non-zero exit status 1."

I checked that I

  • disabled secure boot
  • disabled fast boot
  • disabled CSM

Is it possible that you booted accidentally into BIOS-mode instead into UEFI-mode while installing ?

When booted in BIOS-Mode it is not possible to write EFI-variables (Did this myself a few times)

You can also download version 21.1.2.
