It will help if you provide system information (see [HowTo] Request support) but to start with:
Enter
inxi -zv8
… in a Terminal, copy all the text, paste here;
highlight it and click the </> button at the top of the reply window to format it correctly for this Forum.
Note: The
zpart of that command filters out personally identifiable information such as MAC addresses, etc.
Please do the same for other information you will be asked for.
