Bluetooth doesn't work on RTL-8822CE

I have tried RFKILL Unlock and Bluetoothctl ,But it always popping up that No available device.Below are Logs for Bluetooth.BTW My network controller is Realtek 8822CE.

Is bluetooth.service running?

systemctl status bluetooth.service

yep,it is running and active

provide system info:
inxi -Faz
and fast boot needs to be disabled in bios - you may not have this option
and fast startup needs to be disabled in windows if you are dual booting

Read the log again and fix the permission problem.

You can copy&paste the journal her as code from the terminal:

journalctl --boot 0 --unit bluetooth --no-pager --no-hostname
