I have a Slimbook ProX15 AMD (2020) with Manjaro Plasma y W11 (dualboot).
Everything ok except that in Manjaro it does not detect a bluetooth headset (Mixcder E9). On Windows, android etc. YES. The fact is that, previously, with Ubuntu this problem did not exist. I understand that it is not a problem with the headphones because I can see them with Windows, on the same PC, and on other devices.

can you connect other bluetooth devices?
Some laptops have wifi and Bluetooth in same wifi card so make sure to have wifi drivers installed
I had same problem on my old laptop and installing wifi driver which was rtl8821ce for me worked you can find your driver and install it
Yes, in fact I have a razer mouse and it works perfectly.

So far, wifi and bluetooth have worked with normal but who knows…
If it doesn’t work, could be the kernel??

It could be kernel u can try installing latest kernel and kernel header
I’ve tried 6.1.0-1 version and nothing has changed.
I did a ‘Google’ and came up with this

systemctl enable bluetooth.service
and
(1) run the following command in terminal:
sudo setfacl -m u:gdm:r /usr/bin/pulseaudio
(2) reboot or restart the pulseaudio by running the following command in terminal:
sudo pkill pulseaudio
Worth a shot?
(sddm instead of gdm)

[SOLVED]
There was an entry in bluetooth directory with the same MAC address that que headset (I don´t know why…)
Delete it, restart the service and rescan again solved the problem with the headset.
