Hello, I´m having a probem in my Manjaro Budgie, when I share my screen, the person if are seeing, see the screen blinking, I don´t know what can be, please help me, thanks.

That sounds to me like it would be a network latency issue. If you are sharing your screen with someone on the internet, then that is bound to happen due to network congestion and bandwidth limitations.
Another thing to keep in mind is the protocol you are using for sharing your screen. They’re not all the same.
