Re-starting from Standby or Supend, my screen stays fully black, only the mouse cursor is visible. Nevertheless the machine works: I can LogIn with fingerprint

After Reboot, the Login screen is shown as usual.
How to bring back the usual LogIn screen after Standby or Supend?
