Hi there, after Manjaro last update yesterday I’ve been having some problems.
All started when I tried to run manjaro normally after restarting and after updating. This ended up with a black screen after grub, no login screen, just black. At this time I was using the kernel linux515.
Then I tried to fix this by trying to installing the linux519 kernel, however, this didn’t fix the problem (at this time I have also re-installed the video-nvidia pci non-free drivers and I have uninstalled the kernel linux515).
This didn’t work … I then tried to edit the grub and I removed the “quiet” part. This got things worse. Now the grub is black, and also when booting in manjaro a black screen appears. I tried to restore my grub, but now when installing the grub no Manjaro or windows (I have dual-boot) entries appear on it.
Now I don’t know what to do and I don’t know how to fix this :'), any help is appreciated, thanks… Btw, I use lightdm and i3wm.
Outputs that could be useful to debug this:
From live-usb and then doing manjaro-chroot -a:
mhwd-kernel -li
