Try to run the following
sudo pacman -S manjaro-gnome-settings manjaro-settings-manager
In my case, there was an old gdm package which is in the conflict with recent gnome packages
I appreciate your effort to help. But unfortunately, it doesnt work in my case.

The issue was using an incompatible theme months ago with the launch of GNOME 42. We’re almost two versions behind that now.
Please do not necrobump.
