Best text-to-speech software under KDE plasma?

Hi everybody,

What is the best text-to-speech software available under KDE plasma who can interact with the desktop and who can use svox-pico as synthetizer ?
I would like to have something similar as we have under Windows but for KDE plasma.

KMouth? – it’s from KDE family, so should have good integration with other Plasma components.

I think more about something like ORCA available under Gnome. There is probably something similary under KDE plasma or better ?

So why not use ORCA? I don’t know how it was solved in Windows (and personally don’t use such software) but as I see in internet ORCA also is good integrated with KDE.
