I still have problems with the id card reader and installing Itsme. Always that annoying problem with Connective browser in Linux. There is no workaround to get around that.

The Belgian eID program is in the AUR: AUR (en) - eid-mw (However, flagged as outdated since June.)
As far as my search lead, itsme is a mobile app which can be obtained in the Apple or Google Store.

itsme is iOS or Android software and not related to Manjaro Linux.
Therefore questions about itsme are off-topic on this site.
