“Automatic suspend” message getting spammed every 5min, but phone never does suspend

Hm, fresh install to eMMC on pinephone non-pro; “Automatic suspend” message getting spammed every 5min, but phone never does suspend. Blue LED perpetually flashes though.

Happens even if I change power or notification settings, with or without SD or SIM inserted, bluetooth and wifi on or off.

Nothing about PM in dmseg at all; should I see something there? Is there something I can log, like upowerd?
