Hello community,
Another stable branch update with some usual package updates for you.
It took us almost a month to complete these updates for you. There are a lot of changes: toolchain, systemd, latest updates to KDE and Gnome and many more are included in this one. Hence we also decided to bump our release version to 23.0 and used Ultima Thule as our code name. Well it is still a Star Trek planet but it also might have some vibes form Zelda.
