Audio sporadically cutting out after switching from PulseAudio to PipeWire

I recently switching from PulseAudio to PipeWire, and now audio is sporadically cutting out (every 5-25 seconds for ~10 seconds). If I have pavucontrol open, the bar indicating signal continues to move up and down while the audio cuts out.

I have tested with a couple applications and the issue persists.

Any suggestions on things to try to stop the audio cutting out, or a command I can run to get more real-time information?

Just go through that and change some of the default settings.
