Audio randomly mutes

since around 2 weeks ago audio have been randomly muting, and sometimes just lowering the volume on its own, tried removing pulseaudio and reinstalling and its still happening
also tried

tdbtool ~/.config/pulse/*card-database.tdb erase

tdbtool ~/.config/pulse/*device-volumes.tdb erase

tdbtool ~/.config/pulse/*stream-volumes.tdb erase
and still happens
im running KDE with kernel 5.9 and pulseaudio version 14

Hello XqFds,
I too have this problem since around new year or a week before that.
I think I narrowed down the randomly muting problem. Every time this happens I get an error in the logs.
here is the whole log : I cant post the link to the logs :frowning:
Interessting is that pulse unloads the alsa-card module
Unloading "module-alsa-card" (index: #26).
and later throws and error that it is not loaded.
E: [pulseaudio] module.c: Failed to load module "module-alsa-card" (argument: "device_id="2" name="usb-HANKKVISION_USB_Camera_12345678-02" card_name="alsa_card.usb-HANKKVISION_USB_Camera_12345678-02" namereg_fail=false tsched=no fixed_latency_range=no ignore_dB=no deferred_volume=yes use_ucm=yes avoid_resampling=no card_properties="module-udev-detect.discovered=1""): initialization failed.
