A couple days ago I installed Manjaro KDE on a new computer.
Whenever I use an app that records my microphone (audacity, obs, discord, etc) the output audio is picked up. This is the case even if I turn my headset volume all the way down, so I know the issue isn’t that the sound physically escapes my headphones. I dual boot and I don’t have an issue like this on Windows.
Over the last couple of days I’ve looked endlessly for solutions online, but I couldn’t find anything that fixed the issue for me. I’m not sure if there’s anything I’ve messed up further as a result of this.
