Audio from the speakers in the headphones

Good morning,
I hope you can help me solve an annoying problem with audio. Although I have tried numerous solutions, none of them solve the problem: basically at headphones plugged on jack I also hear the audio from the notebook speakers. Without headphones everything works properly, but if I plug in headphones I also hear audio from the speakers.
The kernel installed is: 6.11.2-4-MANJARO.

Thank you

I suggest check ALSA audio settings

alsamixer --card=1

Look for ALSA control Auto-Mute Mode and change it to Enabled if it is shown as Disabled

This control is usually set to Enabled by default

Archwiki has information about how to disable Auto-Mute Mode on startup
but it could also be enabled with:

sudo amixer -c 1 sset "Auto-Mute Mode" Enabled

I’d look at those wireplumber settings. I’d guess it’s set for simultaneous output, but I’d sort of expect plugging a wired set in would physically disconnect the internal speakers?

The setting on alsamixer was already active.
I would appreciate understanding what I should change in the wireplumber.conf file.
Thank you.

Morning! Did you already try with LTS Kernel?

Good,
I will wait for the release of the new kernel and let you know.
Thank you.

I’d rather wait for a new kernel on a next-generation notebook.
