Hi,
I have got a problem. Sound from my devices is distorted, especially low sounds. I think it might be a problem with my audio drivers. How to install them?
I ran a command:
sudo mhwd -i pci nonfree 0403
And the output was:
No config found for device: […] Multimedia controller nVidia Corporation
Can you help me?
Distorted audio is more likely to be due to excessive audio levels than a driver issue
Audio levels in PulseAudio Volume Control (pavucontrol ) can be set to > 100%
Some audio applications (e.g. VLC) also allow audio levels > 100%
Distortion at low-frequencies might be caused by over-boosting audio levels in a graphic equaliser or other Digital Signal Processing

I helped me a lot - when I set down my volume to 85%, the problem disappeared. Thank you!
