Hello, I am currently using Manjaro on my 2024 Asus Zephyrus G16 GA605WI AMD version and for some reason it will randomly freeze requiring a hard reboot. I have tried other distros but was wondering if anyone managed to get linux to work on this machine. Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070
kernel: 6.12.17-1-MANJARO
Any help would be much appreciated.

i tried updating the bios but that did not work. I still get freezes while using manjaro
Maybe related?
Try adding
drm.vblankoffdelay=0 amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x600
to the kernel parameter.
Ok so after a few days I have noticed that the freezes happen charging from the usb c port instead of the designated A/C adapter port. Is there a way tocharge using usb-c?
i have the same thing happing to me but im on windows 11 with the same model of laptop
