I recently bought an Asus g14 2022 has a AMD 5900HS CPU and a Radeon RX 6700S GPU. Works fine until I put it to sleep and wake up. After that the fans wont start and eventually it overheats and crashes. Here’s the sensors

Just to clarify. The overheat comes from the CPU/GPU. it gets very hot. And this is only after I wake up the laptop from sleep/hibernate. I don’t have the problem if is a regular power up.

Might be a tlp
issue. Disable or uninstall tlp
as a test, see if behaviour persist.

Yes. Just got fix with the latest kernel 6.1. As long as you use the 6.1 kernel or above you should be fine.
