Asbru-cm does not start

asbru-cm does not start with
Can't locate Net/ARP.pm in @INC
I don’t see perl-net-arp between updated packages but I have no idea if this is correct hint.

Most likely rebuild/reinstall it since it is an AUR package.

this is what I’ve tried
yay -S perl-net-arp --rebuildall
yay -S asbru-cm --rebuildall

ok cleanBuild or removing orphaned packages helped
