As I see sound support forum I guess autodetect and autoconfig of audio drivers

Automatic configuration of audio drivers would help a lot of people. Maybe we could just steal from Ubuntu, this one thing.

Audio/Sound has always “just worked” for me on Manjaro. So it does autodetect some stuff.

Maybe your sound card is a bit special?

My whole computer is bit special… It’s workstation notebook with quadro graphics, configuring it is sometimes hell.

when installing Manjaro the only thing that didn’t work for me was the sound: sof-firmware and there are quit a few topics with the same issue.

Tried, but thank you for help. I’ve got idea, that I’ve blocked it in bios, but it’s unprobable. It’s possible it doesn’t work, because microphone is blocked in bios?
