The title is self explanatory, the Applications in the History section in KDE Kickoff cannot be opened by clicking them, documents in the history section open fine.
I just launched Firefox from the history menu.
After a bit of inspection, I am describing the issue a bit more in details.
Say, I launch firefox and close it after using. Then firefox appears in History section. Now if I click the firefox entry, it doesn’t open.
But if I log out and log back in, or restart, then click the firefox entry, it opens.
