Any plans to finally push Plasma 6.1 at least to testing?

I switched to unstable a few weeks back and didn’t notice any issues with the exception of a few dependencies (2 or 3 KDE modules where not present after the upgrade, resulting in some empty/non-functional entries in the settings menu) which I had to install manually. As with 6.0, 6.1 works just fine on my all-AMD laptop.

100% agree. The 560 driver is way less buggy (in fact I haven’t noticed any bugs, and it has fixed many bugs that affected me with the previous 550 nvidia driver), and I feel those in testing and stable should get this driver sooner than later.

Philm sez one reason for keeping 6.1 back is problems that also existed in 6.0 so that doesnt make sense.

Philm then also sez another reason is because of problems with their switcher tool on the gaming handheld, but then also notes they are using the ‘Immutable’ version there so the branches dont matter.

So whats the reason for keeping 6.1 back? None.

Plasma 6.1 has been available in the Manjaro Testing repo for two days now.
