Old bug. Sometimes flatpak platform updates stick in the gui interface for some unknown reason.
Try from the command line
flatpak update
And by the way Pamac (Add-Remove) also installs the flatpaks with wrong permissions as root.

You could try performing a flatpak update from the command-line to see if that helps clear it up.
flatpak update
