Many thanks to everyone, installing (fixed) WARP and its graphical shell solved my problem, after several searches of the endpoint, it finally connected. Of course, it would be nice to launch Amnezia someday, since its mechanisms allow the use of tunnels under strict censorship, but apparently these are the following tasks. Thanks again everyone!
